niello silver cigarette holder - Russia
niello and amber cigarette holder this is a silver cigarette holder with niello floral decorations. It has an amber stem and a shield engraved with monogram BP (or VR in cyrillic). The hallmark is unreadable but likely it was made in Russia in the first half of 20th century. .
The cigarette holder is 2 3/4 in. wide (cm. 6,5) and was bought from a Polish dealer through the Internet.
