silver ex-voto plaque - Naples (Italy) this is a 19th century silver ex-voto plaque inscribed "A divozione di Eugenio Ardente" (dedicated by Eugenio Ardente). The plaque have the addition of a contemporary silver on copper earring (or button) of typical "borbonic" manufacture. The ex-voto has the "testina di Partenope" mark used in the Regno delle due Sicilie (Naples - Italy) for 883/1000 silver from 1832 to 1872. The ex voto plaque measures 3 3/4 in. (cm. 9,5) and was bought from an Italian dealer in an Antique Market. This item is not for sale, but most of my pieces were bought through the Internet. On the right bar of this page there are some advertisings of websites of silver and antique dealers | ||
