sauceboat this is a silver bombé Georgian sauce boat made in London in 1757, silversmith mark not clear (maybe W.H)
It has oval form with wavy rims, leaf capped double scroll handle and is raised on three scroll feet.
The English sauce boat is 5 1/2 in. long (cm. 14) and was bought from an Italian dealer at an Antique Fair.
